Order Processing

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from The Endless Canvas. Processing times may vary depending on the type of product ordered, its availability and whether it is made to order.

Estimated processing times are provided on the relevant product page or at checkout. These estimates do not include transit time after dispatch.

If your order contains multiple items with different processing times, we may ship the items together once the entire order is ready. We may also send items separately where appropriate. If this happens, you will not be charged additional shipping costs unless agreed with you in advance.

During busy periods, holidays, exhibitions or product launches, processing times may be longer than usual. If there is likely to be a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to selected destinations internationally. Available shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the items in your order and the shipping service available for that destination.

We may be unable to ship to certain countries, regions or addresses because of carrier restrictions, customs requirements or other circumstances outside our control. If we cannot fulfil your order to the address provided, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution.

Please ensure that your delivery address, including your postcode and any apartment, building or access information, is complete and accurate. The Endless Canvas is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, package size, weight, value and delivery service selected. Any shipping costs shown at checkout apply only to the order details and delivery address entered at that time.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, shipping costs do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by the relevant carrier and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary because of weather, public holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, strikes, service disruptions or other circumstances outside our control.

The delivery estimate begins once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.

If tracking information is provided, it will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other fees when they arrive in the destination country.

These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.

The customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes or additional charges associated with their order.

As customs policies and charges vary between countries, The Endless Canvas is unable to predict the amount that may be charged. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure.

Any delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control.

Customs Documentation

To ship an order internationally, we may need to provide information such as the recipient’s name and address, the contents of the package, the value of the goods and the country of origin.

We will complete customs documentation accurately and in accordance with applicable requirements. Customers are responsible for providing any information needed to support customs clearance.

We will not intentionally mark an order as a gift or declare an inaccurate value. Requests to do so cannot be accepted.

Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Parcels

The carrier may make one or more delivery attempts before returning a parcel to the sender or holding it at a collection point.

If a parcel is returned because the recipient was unavailable, refused delivery, failed to pay applicable customs charges, provided an incorrect address or did not collect the parcel within the carrier’s deadline, we will contact you where possible.

Any additional shipping, return, storage, customs or handling costs may be deducted from any refund or may need to be paid before the order can be resent. Original shipping costs may not be refundable.

If you would like a returned parcel to be resent, you may be required to pay the new shipping cost and any other applicable charges.

Damaged or Missing Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your package appears damaged, please photograph the packaging and the artwork or products before opening or immediately after opening. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photographs and a description of the damage.

If your order has not arrived within the carrier’s estimated delivery period, please check the tracking information and contact the carrier first where appropriate. If the parcel remains missing, contact us so that we can investigate with the carrier.

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve delivery issues, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of a carrier investigation.

Artwork Packaging

The Endless Canvas takes care to package artwork and other products appropriately for transit. Packaging methods may vary depending on the size, format, materials and fragility of the item.

Original artwork may require specialist packaging or delivery arrangements. Any special shipping requirements or additional costs will be communicated before dispatch where possible.

Changes to an Order

If you need to change your delivery address or order details, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or been dispatched. If an address change results in additional shipping or handling costs, those costs may be payable by the customer.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping arrangements do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
